Call for tenders

In name of our client ConsultShip can initiate professional calls for tender addressed to the assigned shipyards.

Possible activities by ConsultShip in this field are:

• Setting up of the qualification criteria for the shipyards,
• Examining the qualification of the potential shipyard or alternative scenario’s,
• Selection of the assigned shipyards,
• Statement of the “obligation to maintain confidentiality”,
• “Newbuilding Contract of Sale” in concept,
• Preparation and sending of the tender information to the assigned shipyard(s),
• Conferences with the assigned shipyard(s) and their suppliers and subcontractors,
• Judgement of the quotations,
• Contract negotiations up to the final contract.
